1. Open the official website of Indonesian Government KNB Scholarship .

2. Download the KNB scholarship offer letter in the website

3. Submit all the necessary documents to the website and the Indonesian Embassy. The offer letter and the passport, recommendation letters are required here.  The list of the documents to be submitted is given in the end of the procedure.

4. You will receive a recommendation letter from the emmabssy too.

6. Create an account on the website by putting your email here and then verifying it from the Gmail inbox message.

7. Afetr verification, you will be taken to the application portal of the scholarship program, where you have to fill the accurate information about yourself.

8. The application form is opened.

9. Fill in the personal details. Upload the passpost of the applicant too.

10. After completing the the first step, go to NEXT.

11. Next comes the Academic information of the candidate. Fill all the blank spaces.

13. Now, select the university and study program of your choice.

14. The last section is the statement section in which personal statement and medical condition is required. Fill in the section as per your conditions.

15. In the end, do  your signature on the allocated space.

16. Click Submit to finalize and submit the application.

17. You can check the application status from your account in the website.

18. Next comes the Selection process. The documents and the application are first reviewed and according to the current position of the applicant, they are called for an interview.

19. After interview, the results are announced in the official website and Indonesian scholarship network of embassy.
