No, the scholarship amount does not cover educational and living expenses. Rather, it only covers some proportion of the tuition fees.

EEA stands for European Economic Area.

  1. What is the eligibility criteria for the scholarship? Nationality must be non-EEA. You must apply for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s programme at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions. You must meet the specific requirements of the institution of your choice. You can find these on the website of the institution. You do not have a degree from an education institution in the Netherlands.
  1. I completed my bachelor’s degree from Netherlands. Can I  apply for NL scholarship now?

No, anybody with a bachelor’s degree in Netherlands can not apply for the NL scholarship.

In that case, there might be strict action as this behavior is not allowed at any cost. They will be accountable to Nuffic.
