Established in 1991, NUST is a public research university with its headquarters located in Islamabad, Pakistan. It has been consistently part of the top 500 universities of the world. 2. Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences

It is ranked second in Pakistan and is placed among 110 universities in Asia. PIEAS is declared to be the best Engineering University in Pakistan by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Established in 1963 Mehran University of Engineering and Technology is the public research institute located in Jamshoro, Sindh. It is placed among the leading institutions of the country and focuses strongly on management and engineering. It publishes Mehran University Research Journal of Engineering and Technology (MURJ) since January 1982. The university offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in almost 15 engineering fields.
